Middle East countries- Low developed nations
Middle East countries- Low developed nations
Why despite having vast natural resources Middle East
countries are less developed (except Dubai, UAE etc)?
Why small countries like Switzerland, Luxembourg etc., were
well developed than those of Iraq, Syria, Iran, and Egypt?
Why Egypt is still underdeveloped though it has thousands of
years of glorious civilisation?
Why Middle East countries are most politically unstable?
Why groups like ISIS, Boko haram, al-Qaeda mainly originate
in Middle east or Muslim countries? and why they fail to control it?
Of
course many Middle Eastern countries are ruled by colonial powers before world
war 2 but it has been almost 70 years that the war ended. Is this time not sufficient for those
countries to at least get to a stage of “developing” countries??
The
reason for their backwardness is because they did not or could not concentrate
on leadership development, they needed for their future. Consequently, due to
poor leadership and management and lack of good governance they
have been making less progress. It is not destiny but self-imposed poverty.
Despite
having richest natural resources like natural gas in those Muslim countries and
covering large area from Morocco to Indonesia except countries like Israel,
India they occupy large areas. They
produce almost 50% of the oil of the world.
Despite being developed, countries like UAE and Dubai were still following old religious beliefs. I'm not saying it as wrong. But as the time changes, we should also change. like
Why they are still not allowing women to drive cars?
Why they still oppose women who wear modern dresses?
Why they accept the rules like "Men can follow Polygamy but not women Polyandry"?
If those countries take up referendum on such issues, those governments will surely fail in those referendum.
Another
thing is that many countries don’t follow Democracy. This causes indifference between
the ruler and people. If the people
directly elect the ruler then it is that he selects ruler as per his ambitions
and the ruler will follow as per the people because of fear towards the nation.
Of course the countries which follow democracy
also fail in it because of absence of strong leadership. This can be easily
seen in Pakistan, Afghanistan etc.,
Another problem in the Muslim countries is unequal
distribution of wealth. While the ruler has Billions of dollars of
wealth but the people don’t even have food to fill their stomach. This also
causes agitation among people. Muammar Gaddafi of Libya, Tunisia, Algeria,
Somalia, Sudan were well known examples.
Hence a good leadership and good government is
necessary for any nation to prevail which is absent in many Muslim nations.

Hello everyone...
Though I'm regular web user, I didn't try
to spend any time on creating or writing blogs any time. But from past couple of
days, I’m planning to write a lot. But that doesn't mean I'm going to write in
book about my thoughts and publish it. I'm sure even I did it don’t be success in
doing it so. So I planned to write a blog.
I used to create
posts regarding renewable energy sources and posts related to technology collected
from various sources in my previous blog. (You can view it in http://vigneshwarbalay.blogspot.in/
). But in this blog, you don’t find any
such posts and will contain only random thoughts. :P LOL
