These Jokes Are For Intellectuals Only.

I love a good smart joke, even if they sometimes take me a minute to figure out. Here’s my favorite 20:

1. Einstein, Newton and Pascal are playing a rousing game of hide and seek. Einstein begins to count to ten. Pascal runs and hides. Newton draws a one meter by one meter square in the ground in front of Einstein then stands in the middle of it. Einstein reaches ten, uncovers his eyes, and exclaims “Newton! I found you! You’re it!” Newton replies “You didn’t find me. You found a Newton over a square meter. You found Pascal!”

2. A mathematician and an engineer decided they’d take part in an experiment. They were both put in a room and at the other end was a naked woman on a bed. The experimenter said that every 30 seconds they could travel half the distance between themselves and the woman. The mathematician stormed off, calling it pointless. The engineer was still in. The mathematician said “Don’t you see? You’ll never get close enough to actually reach her.” The engineer replied, “So? I’ll be close enough for all practical purposes.”

3. A buddhist monk approaches a burger foodtruck and says “make me one with everything.” The buddhist monk pays with a $20 bill, which the vendor takes, puts in his cash box, and closes the lid. “Where’s my change?” the monk asks. The vendor replies, “change comes from within”.

4. Jean-Paul Sartre is sitting in a cafe revising his first draft of Being and Nothingness. He says to the waitress, “I would like a cup of coffee please. No cream.” the waitress replies, “I’m sorry sir, but we’re out of cream. How about with no milk?”

5. Werner Heisenberg, Kurt Godel, and Noam Chomsky walk into a bar.
Heisenberg turns to the other two and says, “‘Clearly this Is a joke, but how can we figure out if It’s funny or not?”
Godel replies, “‘We can’t know that because we’re inside the joke …
Chomsky says, “Of course it’s funny. You’re just telling It wrong.”

6. It’s hard to take kleptomaniacs and puns seriously. Why? They take things literally.

7. What do you get when you cross a joke with a rhetorical question?

8. Three logicians walk into a bar. The bartender asks “Do all of you want a drink?” The first logician says “I don’t know.” The second logician says the same. The third says “Yes!”

9. A Roman walks into a bar and asks for a martinus. “You mean a martini?” asks the bartender. The Roman replies, “If I wanted a double, I would have asked for it.”

10. Another Roman walks into a bar, holds up two fingers, and says “Five beers please!”

11. A logician’s wife is having a baby. The doctor hands the baby to the dad. His wife asks if it’s a boy or girl. The logician replies “Yes.”

12. Boy I tell ya, entropy ain’t what it used to be.

13. How do you tell the difference between a plumber and a chemist? Ask them to pronounce unionized.

14. Why do engineers mix up Christmas and Halloween? Because Oct 31 = Dec 25

15. Pavlov is at a bar enjoying a pint. The phone rings and he shouts “Oh! I forgot to feed the dog.”

16. Helium walks into a bar and orders a beer. The bartender says, “Sorry, we don’t serve noble gases here.” Helium doesn’t react.

17. Shrodinger’s cat walks into the bar and doesn’t.

18. A Higgs Boson walks into a church. The priest says “We don’t allow Higgs Bosons in here.” The Higgs Boson replied, “Well, without me, you can’t have mass.”

19. A programmer’s wife asks him to pick up a loaf of bread and, if they have eggs, get a dozen. The programmer comes home with a dozen loaves of bread.

20. There’s a band called 1023MB. They haven’t had any gigs yet though.

What are Police limits? Misuse of Power by SOME Indian Police officials

Using Police Power to hurt or torture normal citizens acceptable??

We regularly see the cops using their power and do some extremist things. These include jumping of signal, show special respect by the shop keeper and allow their work done first, accept them to move even though hey dont wear helmet but stop other citizens for other reasons.

To do even a small amount of work they need commission in it (Bribes). Or else our work will be kept in pending or they even dont do that work.

Even the presence of some good laws like Janlokpal and Lokayukta the corruption cannot be stopped in India. This is because of absence of strong implementing body.

This situation is not only in India, but also can be seen in countries like USA. Ferguson Incident is the perfect example for this.Where tere are also other issues like racism in it, it also includes police extremism.

The following video shows the incident that occurred in India in just few days back. Where some group of policeman damaged some vehicles. May be the only reason for that action is it may be parked in some wrong area. But let me say that by parking in that area, there is no chance for the traffic obstruction. and they were parked in some outside the road.

We came across this raw footage, didn't find much of the detail. However it surely is from India. This incident shows that how police can go on rampage destroying private property and go scot-free. We didn't see any reason they should have damaged someone’s vehicles: Road seem to be empty, there was no crowd. May be that was 'No Parking Zone', but that doesn't give them permission to destroy public vehicles.

If you have any information regarding this, kindly leave your valuable comments or inbox us.
This is clear case of vandalism and abuse of power. Until and unless police does makeover and change its image, there is no hope for safe India.

Long journey from Hyderabad- Khammam- Hyderabad on Bike

Long trip from Hyderabad- Khammam- Hyderabad on Bike

         A trip to remember

Knowing it is risk to travel at night, as I know it is going to be late night to reach Khammam which is 200km from Hyderabad. And if any trouble occur in middle, it will be one of the worst things in my life.

I know my bike is not in good condition to travel such a long distance. But I took risk and started my journey on 28th August afternoon (3:30PM).

As soon as I crossed city limits, it started heavy rain. (There has been persistent rain from last couple of days). There started my adventurous ride. I drove in rain for 50KM. Then it stopped. Finally At 6:00 I reached Suryapeta. I still need to go 60KM.

As it is going to be dark, I need to reach home quickly and I need to travel 60KM more, out of which 30KM is in forests.

At around 7:00 my bike tyre burst out. There is no one around and I moved with it slowly for 4KM and found a cowherd. When I asked for help he gave directions and I finally reached mechanic shop. It took minutes to change tube and finally at 8:30 I started to khammam which is about 40KM from there.

    Finally reached home by 9:30PM.

Return journey is somewhat good. Started on Sepember 1st. There is no rain, no tyre-tube bursts. And I got some people to give lift on my way to have some company with them.

Middle East countries- Low developed nations

Middle East countries- Low developed nations

Why despite having vast natural resources Middle East countries are less developed (except Dubai, UAE etc)?

Why small countries like Switzerland, Luxembourg etc., were well developed than those of Iraq, Syria, Iran, and Egypt?

Why Egypt is still underdeveloped though it has thousands of years of glorious civilisation?

Why Middle East countries are most politically unstable?

Why groups like ISIS, Boko haram, al-Qaeda mainly originate in Middle east or Muslim countries? and why they fail to control it?

Of course many Middle Eastern countries are ruled by colonial powers before world war 2 but it has been almost 70 years that the war ended.  Is this time not sufficient for those countries to at least get to a stage of “developing” countries??

The reason for their backwardness is because they did not or could not concentrate on leadership development, they needed for their future. Consequently, due to poor leadership and management and lack of good governance they have been making less progress. It is not destiny but self-imposed poverty.

Despite having richest natural resources like natural gas in those Muslim countries and covering large area from Morocco to Indonesia except countries like Israel, India they occupy large areas.  They produce almost 50% of the oil of the world.

Despite being developed, countries like UAE and Dubai were still following old religious beliefs. I'm not saying it as wrong. But as the time changes, we should also change. like

Why they are still not allowing women to drive cars?

Why they still oppose women who wear modern  dresses?

Why they accept the rules like "Men can follow Polygamy but not women Polyandry"?

If those countries take up referendum on such issues, those governments will surely fail in those referendum.

Another thing is that many countries don’t follow Democracy. This causes indifference between the ruler and people.  If the people directly elect the ruler then it is that he selects ruler as per his ambitions and the ruler will follow as per the people because of fear towards the nation.

Of course the countries which follow democracy also fail in it because of absence of strong leadership. This can be easily seen in Pakistan, Afghanistan etc.,

Another problem in the Muslim countries is unequal distribution of wealth. While the ruler has Billions of dollars of wealth but the people don’t even have food to fill their stomach. This also causes agitation among people. Muammar Gaddafi of Libya, Tunisia, Algeria, Somalia, Sudan were well known examples.

Hence a good leadership and good government is necessary for any nation to prevail which is absent in many Muslim nations.

1st Post

Hello everyone...

Though I'm regular web user, I didn't try to spend any time on creating or writing blogs any time. But from past couple of days, I’m planning to write a lot. But that doesn't mean I'm going to write in book about my thoughts and publish it. I'm sure even I did it don’t be success in doing it so. So I planned to write a blog.

I used to create posts regarding renewable energy sources and posts related to technology collected from various sources in my previous blog. (You can view it in http://vigneshwarbalay.blogspot.in/ ).  But in this blog, you don’t find any such posts and will contain only random thoughts. :P  LOL
