LalitGate : Why has media suddenly gone into silent mode?

When certain details were leaked pertaining to BJP leaders Sushma Swaraj and Vasundhara Raje, in connection with former IPL Chief Lalit Modi,a privileged section of Indian media, which remained mute spectators to the misrule forced on the country during the last 60 years, suddenly started preaching the lessons of morality and propriety to BJP and Narendra Modi Government, asking for the resignations of these two leaders.
These so called media houses and their journalists have made it a 24 hour job to focus only on this news in order to defame not only the BJP Government, but also Lalit Modi to some extent. There is no doubt that these media houses were not acting on their own and there were definitely some vested political interests, which were providing motivation to these media house to run these stories of "morality and propriety" round the clock. However, if we look at the complete chain of events, we will find that in this particular episode, media stands exposed more than any other political party or their leaders. Never in the Media and Press history, the credibility of media was allowed to be eroded to such an extent in such a shameful manner.

The purpose of writing all this story is to show how this section of media completely got exposed before the people of the country, that those who were very fond of asking anything from anyone by saying that-"Nation wants to know", suddenly came on the back foot as people now started asking them the real motives behind this story as they suddenly went into silent mode, when the names of many more leaders were revealed by Lalit Modi in his subsequent tweets. Those media persons who were chanting "Shushma-vasundhara" on 24 hour basis asking for their resignations, suddenly got a shock of their life when subsequent exposures were made by Lalit Modi disclosing the names of Sonia GandhiRahul GandhiPriyanka Gandhi and Robert Vadra, apart from the AAP leader Rahul Mehra.
The moment, the names of these five persons were revealed (one by one), our so called media and their talented media persons, started running for cover and it appears that they all have gone into silent mode, for the time being, waiting for some more opportune time to hit back at Lalit Modi, who has spoiled their party by making the subsequent tweets. The same learned media persons who were saying that that Lalit Modi is a big criminal, corrected themselves to call Lalit Modi a "Master Puppeteer"
Before, I conclude this article, it would be unfair if I do not ask what people of this country want to know from this section of media :
1.Why Media suddenly went into silent mode, immediately after the names of leaders belonging to Non-BJP parties were revealed by Lalit Modi?
2.Why Media is calling Lalit Modi a Criminal when none of the Courts of the Country have not issued any order against him?
3.Even if it is assumed that Lalit Modi is a criminal, any help extended to the criminal or his family members on humanitarian grounds should be treated as a crime?
4.If the answer to the Question number (3) is "Yes", then whether any help extended to convicted criminals like Lalu Yadav or his family members by any political leader should also be treated as a crime?
5.Media is asking PM Modi to speak on this issue and break his silence. Why the same media did not have the guts and courage to ask the same question during the last 60 years (and more particularly during the last 10 years of misrule) when the nation was suffering from a series of scams and our then PM Dr.Manmohan Singh consistently remained silent?
6.After Lalit Modi started to reveal the names of the non-BJP leaders, one of the media persons has tweeted-"Feel like @LalitKModi is a Master Puppeteer directing a drama without an end in sight. One that is generating more heat than June's weather" My question is whether there are some mediapersons playing as "Puppets", apart from some politicians, in the hands of Lalit Modi ?
These questions assumes significance, because this section of media has completely eroded its credibility while mishandling this issue and only the honest answers to these questions can restore the lost credibility of this section of media. People of the country are eagerly waiting for the answers and the Nation also wants to know the whole truth from this "Now Silent" media!

These Jokes Are For Intellectuals Only.

I love a good smart joke, even if they sometimes take me a minute to figure out. Here’s my favorite 20:

1. Einstein, Newton and Pascal are playing a rousing game of hide and seek. Einstein begins to count to ten. Pascal runs and hides. Newton draws a one meter by one meter square in the ground in front of Einstein then stands in the middle of it. Einstein reaches ten, uncovers his eyes, and exclaims “Newton! I found you! You’re it!” Newton replies “You didn’t find me. You found a Newton over a square meter. You found Pascal!”

2. A mathematician and an engineer decided they’d take part in an experiment. They were both put in a room and at the other end was a naked woman on a bed. The experimenter said that every 30 seconds they could travel half the distance between themselves and the woman. The mathematician stormed off, calling it pointless. The engineer was still in. The mathematician said “Don’t you see? You’ll never get close enough to actually reach her.” The engineer replied, “So? I’ll be close enough for all practical purposes.”

5. Werner Heisenberg, Kurt Godel, and Noam Chomsky walk into a bar.
Heisenberg turns to the other two and says, “‘Clearly this Is a joke, but how can we figure out if It’s funny or not?”
Godel replies, “‘We can’t know that because we’re inside the joke …
Chomsky says, “Of course it’s funny. You’re just telling It wrong.”
